很大的月亮 Huge Moon

The moon was very big these two nights. According to Yahoo ! News this was due to the moon was low on the horizon.

This was taken on Saturday night, at 1/500", f5.6, ISO 1600, 200mm

This was taken on Sunday night, at 1/50", f5.6, ISO 1600, 200mm

Good try!

Any problem, beside don't have "bazooka" lens, do you find to much light?

i didn't think of too much light, may be i shoot at fast shutter speed and high ISO, will try other setting next time.

try using shutter speed control and not aperture.

actually, if you really interested to take pic of planets, need to invest in digiscoping, will be cheaper compare to "bazooka" lens.

another way, don't shot at night. Why not during evening or early morning when the sky is still blue. then you will be able to get sharp image and no too much light from the moon. try it and you will find that the moon circle don't glow(too much light)
