actually, if you really interested to take pic of planets, need to invest in digiscoping, will be cheaper compare to "bazooka" lens.
another way, don't shot at night. Why not during evening or early morning when the sky is still blue. then you will be able to get sharp image and no too much light from the moon. try it and you will find that the moon circle don't glow(too much light)

Any problem, beside don't have "bazooka" lens, do you find to much light?
i didn't think of too much light, may be i shoot at fast shutter speed and high ISO, will try other setting next time.
try using shutter speed control and not aperture.

ya, got friend told me 0630 - 0730 is the best time, will try next time.
